By placing an order with RIVELLE, you agree to the following terms. Orders & Payment: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments through our checkout partners. Shipping: Orders inside Dhaka are delivered within 1-2 business days; outside Dhaka within 3-5 business days. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Returns & Exchanges: Unworn items with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange unless faulty. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team before the order is processed for dispatch. Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
